 Our fee structure is transparent, and motivates us to find the best possible tenants at all times. Our monthly property management fees are applied to the gross rents collected at your property, and our placement fee is applied only when signing new tenants to a one year lease.
 

And should a tenant vacate before the end of their lease term for any reason TimBri will find new tenants at no cost to the owner!
